The 1Password password manager allows users to easily organize all of their work passwords in one secure, central location; and with the 1Password app available for Windows, macOS, iOS, Chrome, Firefox, and more, the passwords are always right at their fingertips!
Zoom Rooms
To support both both in-person and hybrid meetings and instruction via the familiar Zoom interface, CAES maintains various Zoom Rooms throughout the college, including rooms equipped with dedicated DTEN hardware, available to users within the college.
Crashplan
CrashPlan backs up data automatically, with no user effort or intervention required, and enables Departmental IT staff to quickly and easily restore data. CrashPlan is ideally suited for desktops and small file workloads that do not change often.
VMP Proxy
The Vulnerability Management Program (VMP) service scans all UC Davis network computing resources for vulnerabilities and configuration weaknesses. The service is provided by the vendor, Tenable, and is managed by the Information Security Office (ISO).
